This pleasant holiday home, carefully furnished in an old typical Vendée farmhouse, combines tradition and modernity, charm of stone and modern comfort.
It welcomes families and groups of up to 12 people. Quietly located, the cottage has all the modern equipment, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room of 35 m², 1 living room-room for children, 1 lounge-library .. Without forgetting a privative spa for 5 people and 1000 m ² of closed ground with 2 terraces in wood exposed to the South-East.
The living rooms and 2 bedrooms are located in a 1st building, the additional rooms and the relaxation area are located in a 2nd building of the former farm, 5 meters from the 1st, in the same fenced.
The cottage has beautiful outbuildings typical of local heritage: 1 dedicated bread oven and a pigs' soue. The ground is closed with private carpark.
Outside the summer season, the modularity of the cottage allows to rent only a part, from 5 people (flexible rates).
