4-star holiday home, facing West, without vis-à-vis, it allows to enjoy the sunsets with a breathtaking view of our quiet environment in the middle of nature.
This cottage is located in the central part of a barn typical of our Vendée bocage: Stones seen, exposed beams, traditional plaster and neat decoration. This gives the living room a very high ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, small appliances: coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender ....
The sleeping part, is composed on the ground floor of an alcove, equipped with a bed of 140 X 190, and a room on the floor equipped with 2 beds of 90 X 190 and a bed of corner of 120 X 190.
On the ground floor at your disposal
- A fully tiled bathroom equipped with a sink and storage cabinet, shower and cabin and a hairdryer.
- an independent WC
- A closet containing a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, the lounge area awaits you with TV and DVD player.
The large terrace lined with charms, allows you in peace to enjoy the outdoors with its garden, sunbathing and a bird's eye view of the woods of the property and the meadows and hillsides bordering the river valley.

The heated pool, spacious, will be the ideal place to enjoy the sun of Vendée in peace.We provide you on the large terrace of the pool sunbathing that will allow you to relax and put yourself in a green quiet place in the middle of nature. It is accessible, from mid-April to the end of September, we keep it covered or discovered according to the sunshine.
It is an ideal place to spend good moments with family. While children will enjoy their favorite sport, you can also enjoy the shade of palm trees and oak to take the time to read and / or rest: everything you need for a successful family stay .

You can also enjoy the 3-hectare woods along the river. This place is totally private, far from any hectic life. If you wish, you indulge in fishing and especially its night course: carp fishing.
