VILLA 10 PERS. - PRIVATE POOL VIEW SERVICES

This Villa with private fenced pool and a large 60 sqm pergola, has been recently renovated with all the typical features of the Tuscan country houses, on a hill, 100 meters from a small pond, at a small distance of a reserve with easily seeable boars, roe deers and numerous diurne nocturnal animals. The Villa offers a 360-degree view and can be reached by a typical Tuscan road with cypresses, cultivated fields, woods, hills and ponds.

Although rather isolated, the Villa is located just 12-15 km from Volterra and San Gimignano; supermarket, bar, post office and restaurant at Castelsangimignano (5 km); Florence and Siena one hour drive, seaside 40 minutes, a good starting point to visit the villages and cities of the region.

INSIDE THE VILLA
On the ground floor beautiful loggia with a wooden table for 12 people, enjoying the beautiful view whatever the weather. Then 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, one with typical Tuscan vaults and two with beautiful chestnut beams. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and everything for cooking, living room with fireplace and satellite TV. From the kitchen large 60 square meter pergola with wooden table for 12 people and a living room, beautiful view to the surrounding hills.

First floor: 2 living rooms with fireplace and satellite TV, sofa beds (for 2 children), 2 kitchens, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, chestnut beams.

EXTERIORS OF THE VILLA
5000 square meter garden with panoramic pool (1 meter high fence) with teak loungers, mat, table, teak chairs and umbrellas (salt electrolysis process, cleaned and checked every day).
Beautiful "panoramic terrace" with mosaic table for 12 people where you can dine watching beautiful sunsets.
Old stone oven to make tasty pizzas or bread.

10 meters from the Villa small house used by the owners to cook on request only for guests.
