Surrounded by a typical landscape of Elba Island, the Villa with its swimming pool overlooking the sea is a real experience. It is located opposite the Ortano Island and the beach is just minutes away. The 2014 Villa equipped with all the comforts and an elegant interior is surrounded by a beautiful garden with fruit trees and cork oaks and a "bocce" court for those who wish to try their hand at this ancient Italian sport.
The property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday during high and low season. During the low season you can rent it from any day for a minimum stay of 4 nights.

The Villa consists of 3 independent units, all bedrooms provide A/C: the main structure is composed of a large living area with sofabeds and a fireplace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, one of them en-suite;
The other two structures consist each of a double bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower .
Every room has large French doors with access to the garden and pool. The terraces are equipped with sofas and sun loungers round the outside decor. The covered veranda offers guests the opportunity to have lunch and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The swimming pool is opened from 01/05 to 15/10 depending on weather. Pets are allowed at € 50 per week.

NOTICE: to reach the Villa you HAVE to run a steep unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles: the property's SUV can be used by guests from the start of the road to the villa and vice versa (the guests can use the car free of charge adding up to 70 km, then they must pay 350 euro per day). Guests car can be left at the end of the paved road.

Rio Marina offers the widest selection of beaches on Elba Island . The eastern side of the island is the heart of minerals and the ancient mining area, the beaches here mostly consist of a characteristic fine bright sand, while the southern coast, with its stunning cliffs along the sea and beautiful bays, often is accessible only by sea, and is considered 'the most' wild region of the island.
