Spacious villa of 220 m2 , all comfort , located in the immediate vicinity of the lagoon of the Ermitage and the Saline les Bains. Without vis à vis, quiet, with a 180 degree view of the lagoon and close to the shops and the lively centre of Saint Gilles les Bains.
The villa has 5 bedrooms including 4 equipped with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms have sea view and have large closets. Two bedrooms with a master suite located on the ground floor, they are particularly suitable for people with mobility problems, the other three rooms are located on the 1st floor.
It has a large living room with 80 channels TV, an indoor dining room and a large open kitchen with a well-equipped central island. The dining room has a table for 10 people and on the terrace another table can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The terrace around the pool is 80 m2 and the pool 50 m2. The terrace offers a solarium area with teak deckchairs, a dining area and a lounge area ideal for having a drink in front of the Indian Ocean. We live 5mn from the Villa which allows a very fast service in case of problem. We also have toys for small children on request.
