EXTERIOR : Splendid 400 sqm luxury vacation rental with 4 spacious bedrooms, this villa offers you a sumptuous decor with its generous swimming pool (80 sqm on the floor), its lush garden of 1500 m² and its panoramic and unobstructed view of the ocean and the lagoon.
Two beautiful terraces await you on the ground floor for moments of relaxation and for your meals facing the ocean and sunsets. A barbecue is at your disposal for your grills.
Upstairs, the roof terrace also offers a beautiful relaxation area.
We report the presence of three hens in the field (for fresh eggs every day), as well as an outdoor cat.

INTERIOR :
With its 400 sqm spread over 2 levels, the villa offers you each a great privacy with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large American kitchen, which overlooks the terrace with its dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, poured coffee machine, gas stove and induction hob, toaster, kettle, etc.).
The spacious living room offers a view of the pool and the ocean. The villa does not have a TV but you will have Wifi internet access.The ground floor also accommodates two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms and toilets. One of the rooms offers a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean.
Access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase, where two more bedrooms and two bathrooms and toilets await you. Both rooms have a window to the ocean.
The villa also has a laundry area with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

SERVICES OFFERED
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Cleaning offered twice a week. This additional service offered by the owners is subject to hazards that we do not control (holidays, etc.)
Garden and swimming pool regularly maintained.


ENVIRONMENT/ NEIGHBOURHOOD
The villa is located in Saline-les-Bains, close to the beach and the most beautiful lagoon on the island of Reunion.
The area is very quiet and you will appreciate the proximity of many beach restaurants (Planch'Alizé, Copacabana, L'Uni Vert…) about 1 km from the villa, perfect places for a cocktail feet in the sand while admiring the sunset in the Indian Ocean.
The city centre of Saline-les-Bains is 1 km away with its bakery, tobacco/press, pharmacy… A kilometer further you will also find a supermarket.
Treat yourself to an exceptional moment on the intense island in this Villa . Located in La Saline-les-Bains, seaside resort of the west coast of La Réunion with a unique microclimate, you will enjoy the lagoon, sunsets, nautical activities, while easily radiating on the island for your activities or excursions (Piton de La Fournaise, les 3 cirques…).
