The Layout
The property is accessed through an electric gate going down a nice paved alley towards the entrance of the house. The Villa is built on a slopped terrain and distributed on two levels. It offers 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.

The Location
The villa is located in a private and secured residential park in Gassin, at the entrance of Saint-Tropez at about 10 minutes by car from the center of the village of Saint-Tropez and 5 minutes by car from the beach "La Bouillabaisse".

Pets are normally not permitted only with the exception of the authorization of the owner of the property and if they are insured and all vaccinations are up to date.
