Villa is a brand new detached villa located on a hillside in Camaiore, with a large garden and park planted with olive trees. The property includes the villa, the fitness room in a separate environment, the heated outdoor pool, complete with Jacuzzi and walking massage and placed in a dominant position, outdoor kitchen (pizza oven, stove, fridge and sink) and heated outdoor living room. The villa, restored with taste and elegance by the owners, is equipped with every comfort, spread over two levels and offers two double bedrooms, two double bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and two living rooms. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a jacuzzi for four people with chromo and aroma therapy and a sauna in a separate room. One of the bathrooms on the first floor has a jacuzzi for two people as well. The kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a barbecue with smoke extractor and a large and characteristic table that can accommodate all guests. The kitchen on the first floor instead overlooks an outdoor veranda, also furnished with outdoor table, chairs and sofas. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, WIFI, stereo system with wire spread up to the pool. Just 100 m away, with direct access from the property, you will discover some marked hiking trails that cross the Camaiore area. The wide, sandy beaches of Versilia are just a 15-minute drive away. We recommend a visit to the historic center of Camaiore, the art cities of Pisa and Lucca as well as the town of Pietrasanta, where interesting art exhibitions are set up and where you can admire, by walking through the historic center, the sculptures of a famous internationally renowned artist. At about 50 m from the villa, in a secluded position with an independent entrance, there is an annex available to the owners only.
