This waterfront palace offers 2 floors of 8,000 square feet with a garage for 3 cars includes a large master suite of 2,500 square feet with its own private projection area, a dining room and a balcony with a bed worthy of a king or queen. The rest of the west wing contains a bedroom with a queen-size bed overlooking the water, a twin bedroom which also serves as a service area and a real chef's kitchen with a large walk-in closet. A bar and breakfast area are literally surrounded by the beauty of Biscayne.

The next room is a dining room with a dining table for 14 people, with additional tables for 10 more people. Next to it is a games room with a pool table and a games room with 200 classic games. Enter the East Wing of the Miamiest vacation rental a royal salon, with resplendent blue and gold accents, a 70's TV and professional sound to entertain your guests day and night. Before going up the spiral staircase, there is the Princess room, equipped with 2 queens and a makeup area perfect for making a doll for an evening. Once on the stairs, there are 3 other bedrooms. This Villa is equipped with 3 queens, 2 full bathrooms and a flat screen TV. Across the hall is the Sunrise room also equipped with 3 queens and a full bathroom, while the Lime room has a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The superb views of the bay are very appreciated because all the bedrooms upstairs have access to the large balcony which connects all around the mansion.

Once you go out, the fun is just beginning! With seating for 100 people, the expansive exterior features a huge 80-foot heated pool and a jacuzzi marked by its superb elliptical hourglass shape as well as a Tiki-Hut measuring over 2,500 square feet. This Villa offers: pizza oven, smoking, dining room for 40 people, game TV, 10 sections, waterfall above a heated pool, LED jacuzzi, dance pole, chessboard and abundant Balinese works of art that dot the property, one of which is lit up in the sparkling azure waters of the swimming pool, day and night.
