Enjoy the breathtaking outdoor space complete with a large pool, dock, lounge chairs, gorgeous outdoor eating space and a relaxing sitting area. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped chefs kitchen with modern appliances. The beach, marinas, airports and many amazing restaurants are all nearby. The home itself is modern and very spacious. Located directly on the waterway, this gorgeous house is the perfect space for relaxing and spending time with family and friends. Features wonderful entertainment area and work spaces and serene views to provide a peaceful environment to relax after a great day at the beach or exploring the wonderful sights and activates of the South Florida. The home has 3 spacious bedrooms. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 queens in the other bedrooms. The last bedroom is currently being used as a media room, with luxury leather sofas. We have an air mattress for this room.The surrounding area is absolutely lovely and the home is very central to all that Delray Beach has to offer. You are sure to fall in love with this home!
