With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 terraces with panoramic ocean views, a swimming pool and a large garden equipped for children, this superb villa meets all conditions for a perfect holiday.
6 minutes from the beautiful black sand beach of Etang-Salé-les-Bains, and halfway between the lagoons of St-Pierre to the South and the Saline to the West, it is an ideal starting point for all your excursions to Reunion.

The housing

This beautiful house of 160m², completely renovated in 2019, includes:
On the ground floor:
- 1 double air-conditioned room with a 160x200cm bed and shower room
- 1 double bedroom with a pull-out bed (either 2 single beds or a 180x200cm bed) and shower room
- 1 bedroom with a 90x190cm bunk bed (+ an extra 140x190cm Japanese futon), with its bathroom
- 1 laundry room
- 1 separate toilet
- a terrace with lounge by the pool

On the ground floor:

- 1 double bedroom with a bed 160x200cm with shower room
- 1 huge living room with TV corner (Netflix, Canal +, etc.) and games area
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- 1 cellar
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 large terrace overlooking the pool and garden with dining area and sea view

From this terrace you can access a third rooftop space, dedicated to relaxation and happy hour, with breathtaking panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.
The kitchen has: a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, 4 induction hotplates, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a yogurt maker, a blender, a centrifuge, etc. All kitchen utensils and equipment are at your disposal.

One bedroom is air-conditioned and the other three are equipped with high-end ceiling fans to ensure you all the necessary comfort in any season.
You will spend quiet nights as all the windows of the villa are equipped with removable screens.

*** Garden/Outdoor ***

The swimming pool (8 x 4m) is secured by an alarm and is under the full responsibility of the parents. A weekly interview by an outside company was planned.

The garden will delight young and old thanks to its huge trampoline, slide and gas Weber barbecue.
The place is ideal to enjoy a moment of sharing with family or friends, in a relaxing and quiet. Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties or events are not allowed.

*** Location and proximity ***

The villa is located in the Pierre Cadet subdivision, in the city center of Les Avirons but away from noise and traffic. 6 minutes from the Route des Tamarins, this beautiful rental is also ideally located as a starting point for all excursions on the island... the three circuses (Cilaos, Mafate, and Salazie), the volcano, and all sports activities (horse riding, golf, diving, paragliding, sea walks, helicopter rides, whale watching, etc.)

Note: During your stay, Willy, the little cat of the family, will be part of your holiday. It does not require much attention, but some croquettes and cuddles every day will be more than appreciated. Thank you in advance:-)

Upon arrival, a deposit check of 2000€ will be paid to you will be returned within a maximum of one month after the inventory of the place of exit.

Exits between 7 am and 10 am and entrances between 2 pm and 8 pm
