Ideally located 285m above sea level on the southwest coast, between St Pierre and St Leu. Very close to the beautiful beach and the forest of the Étang-Salé for sports activities or relaxation, at the gates of the forest of Tévelave.

Housing
On the ground floor, a large living space very bright and naturally ventilated.
A spacious roof terrace (about 50 m²) with breathtaking views of the island’s landforms and the coastline of St-Pierre at the bay of the Etang Salé. Equipped with a heated Spa-Pool, a counter and an outdoor kitchen with plancha, tripod and Creole pots, you can organize convivial evenings.
On the ground floor, ... a gym!

You have 3 bedrooms with independent terraces, including a master suite, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets... a garden area and a private parking.
In the heart of the popular Ravine Sèche district, the Villa is close to all amenities: shopping centers, restaurants (from local gastronomy to fast food, passing by the must-see truck bars), sports complex: swimming pool, tennis courts, horse riding, 18 hole golf and driving range.

Your accommodation, halfway between the Wild South and the beaches of the West will be the ideal starting point to go to the most beautiful sites of the island.

Upon arrival, a deposit cheque of €1,000 will be payable and will be returned to you within a maximum of one month.
