La Villa is a beautiful Tuscan country estate near Montaione, a medieval village in the Florence province. The property, set on a hill, dominates the surrounding landscape of woods, olive groves and vineyards and has a private fenced garden with paved and lawn areas, and a large swimming pool (7.5 x 15 m, the depth varies from 1.2 to 2.5 m), equipped with deckchairs, parasols and sunbeds.
Near the pool there is a large loggia equipped with dining tables and barbecue, ideal to spend alfresco lunches and dinners.
Lastly, a laundry room (equipped with a washing machine) is available to guests.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
The property (400 sqm), consisting of the main building and a dependance, can accommodate up to 20 people for a total of 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Main building: 2 floors, and 3 suites providing maximum comfort and privacy to a large group of guests. The spacious common areas are all located on the ground floor of the main building.

Ground floor: can accommodate 6 people, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom (shower) and one twin bedroom with private bathroom (shower). All rooms can be accessed directly from outside.
The common areas consist of: a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a lounge with a fireplace, a large dining room with a table for 22 people, a spacious kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large American fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster).

First floor: can accommodate 12 people, 3 suites, each accessible exclusively through an independent external staircase.
- Suite 1 (4 people): 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom (shower);
- Suite 2 (4 people): covered terrace, living room, dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom with private bathroom (shower), twin bedroom with private bathroom (shower);
