This Cozy residence welcomes you all year round, with a capacity of 2 people (+1 baby), it offers the charm of the old (exposed beams, stone walls, real wooden floors, atypical layout), with the comfort renovation (work carried out in early 2019, new furniture and quality services).
To start your stay serenely, you will find the basic ingredients (soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, sponges, etc.), and the lodging is offered with the beds made on your arrival.
Open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, NESCAFE Dolce Gusto coffee machine and coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine. Many kitchen utensils.

Living room / stay, television. Board games and wooden games for children. Shower room with double vanity unit, towel dryer, hair dryer, washing machine. Separate WC. Ironing board and iron. Fans.

In winter a covered sports area is at your disposal including bike, elliptical, weights, ect .... In summer, the "small equipment" of sport is available at the reception and the many walking paths from the lodging await you.

At your disposal an indoor relaxation area equipped with a SPA for relaxation enthusiasts (balneotherapy, aromatherapy, light therapy).
Possibility of organizing events depending on the season: Initiation to the harvest, Christmas tree and decorations, roses and bottle of Champagne on Valentine's Day, Easter egg hunt, etc ... Do not hesitate to contact us for Let us know your wishes according to the season and your dates of stay!

In partnership with a local Champagne house, we offer a "Discovery of Champagne" circuit lasting 2h30: Visit of a vineyard, of the wine cooperative and tasting of 3 vintages in a reception cellar.

New: To complete our Spa offer, we have joined forces with a qualified and experienced physiotherapist masseuse to offer you the opportunity to perfect your relaxation & well-being stay with personalized treatments. We have set up a dedicated room so that our tenants can stay in the privacy of the accommodation without having to leave it.

The gîte adjoins the owners' house. It is however independent and autonomous. Not suitable for party groups in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Festive and noisy evenings are not allowed (birthdays, EVJF, EVJH, ...)

20 minutes from Reims, 45 minutes from Epernay, 1 hour from Disneyland Paris and 1h30 from Paris.
