The Villa is composed of 2 apartments that are internally linked and rented together, for a group of up to 13 guests – ideal for a family or a group of friends.

A garden surrounds theVilla with a beautiful private swimming pool, fenced and reserved for the exclusive use of guests; a barbecue and a large gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Nearby a bathroom with shower.

The owners (kind and friendly people) live in a house not far from the Villa: available if needed or for suggestions on what to see and to do in the area or where to go to experience the best of Tuscan cuisine.
Very interesting area with historical towns and cities such as Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano etc.
