This comfortable Tuscan holiday Villa offers more than 450 square meters. It has been renovated in recent years. Great attention has been placed on renovating the spaces, leaving the large windows and views from the roof, also to allow daylight to illuminate the interiors and create a bright athmospheare.
On the roof of the villa there is a relaxing area of 36 square meters, available on request to groups interested in various types of classes or for massages.

Ground floor
From a terrace covered by a large “al fresco” area you enter by one spacious entrance.
The kitchen, very large, is complete with gas stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and all the accessories.
Laundry and ironing room
A large living / dining room with sofa.
A large master suite with fireplace, with private exit to the outside, bathroom with shower and bidet.
A double room with bath / shower.
A single room with bath / shower.

First floor
From the entrance a staircase leads to the reading room and satellite TV with a large sofa.
Alongside a large living room / dining room, with fireplace and pool table, that leads to a beautiful loggia with view of a hill of outside Panorama, reachable also from an external staircase.

Good to know
Deposit for Breakages:
A deposit of 800 Euro to be paid cash, will be require upon your arrival from which will be deduct any eventual breakages or damage during your stay. This amount or the balance will be return to you at the end of your staying.

Telephone: Available in the Villa. The meters will be read at the begin and the end of your stay. 21% Tax to be added. Internet free of charge. Wifi free.
House heating and wood:
In the Low Season the gas consumed will be charge at the cost ( Euro 3.00 for m3).
Firewood, if used, will be paid locally. Electricity, water and gas for cooking are included in the rent.
