In the beautifull and historical district of the "Ville d'Hiver" in Arcachon, this charming villa on 4 levels with all the confort will enjoy your holidays in family or between friends.
The garden, the heated 9.50x1.70m pool, the two terraces et the peacefull neighborood make the villa a safe heaven close by feet or bike to the beaches of Aracahon, the city center or the Moulleau district.

The villa has 6 bedrooms for 12 people, a wide ling room with a TV, a dining room and a kitchen with south exposure.

The first level has 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), a bathroom and a WC.
The second level has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed et 2 single beds) and a bathroom (ideal for children).
The garden level has a bedroom (double bed), an access to the pool and its own bathroom and WC.

Outside, you will enjoy the garden, the 2 terraces and the barbecue. Deckchairs, sunbeds, pool towels are available.
No parking inside the property but a very accessible street to park.
A baby foot and a ping pong table is available too.

Household and bathroom linen are provided with welcome products.
