Luxury Villa Rental with private swimming pool in the heart of Casentino Valley, a beautiful Tuscan area rich in nature.

The large Villa with its unique style, embodies all the charm and soul of the real Tuscany. Measuring the impressive indoor space of more than 750sqm and surrounded by 2500sqm of totally private grounds, this truly special villa rental can easily accommodate up to 18 guests in 9 bedrooms, pampered by comfort and unspoilt nature.

The vacation rental is formed by a main farmhouse plus an adjoining dependance rented as a whole and carefully restored to the highest standard, surrounded by extensive private gardens housing a large swimming pool. The main villa, that once used to be a manor house, can sleep 14 guests in 7 bedrooms while the adjoining barn can sleep further 4 guests in 2 bedrooms (with the additional bonus of a large common area on the ground floor that allows all the 18 guests to dine or spend time together).

The 7-bedroomed main house is set over two floors and has been designed with the aim to impress the visitors. On the ground floor it features 2 beautiful living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and 2 family bathrooms (with bath + shower over). The upper floor, accessed via an internal staircase, houses the main sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms, a further double bedroom plus additional single bed, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with french bed. On this floor there are also an additional, large lounge furnished with comfortable sofas and 2 family bathrooms with bath and shower over.

The adjoining dependance, accessed via the courtyard, features an impressive upper floor with living room with fireplace, a separate fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), a family shower room and a laundry room with washing machine. The useful common room is located on the ground floor, once again accessed from the courtyard, and is the perfect place for all the guests to spend relaxing time together. It features a stunning kitchen (also provided with a traditional oven for bread) with a large dining area, a fireplace, ping-pong table and an extra WC.

If the indoor areas of the Villa are truly magnificent, the grounds that surround the property will not be less. The 2500sqm of gardens are totally enclosed and fenced, providing great privacy, and are beautifully furnished with tables, chairs, sofas, hammocks. The private swimming pool is equipped with stylish sunbeds and parasols and attracts sun all day. It measures 12m x 8m and is the perfect place for a refreshing dip under the Tuscan sun. The swimming pool is open from the 15th of April until the 15th of October.

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

The Villa is set at the edge of Baciano, a tiny medieval hamlet dating back to the 12th century that lies at the back of the property. With a small train station just a few steps away (regular 2-coaches trains to Arezzo and nearby villages during the day), Baciano is a place where time has stopped and that is miles away from stress and daily routine.

Extra Services: Baby bed available free of charge. Maid service by arrangement € 12,- / per hour (payment on site). Upon request it is possible to organize Tuscan dinners. Extra bed: € 50,- per week. Small pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 100,- / per week (payment on the spot).

Distances: Capolona with general stores 3 km away, Arezzo (train station with daily trains to Rome and Florence) 17 km, the charming town of Cortona 45 km away, Siena 80 km, Florence 90 km away, the renowned Chianti area with its beautiful small towns and villages is in a 70-90 km drive.
