There spacious open -plan kitchen and living area are situated on the main level and has glass sliding doors that open right out to the covered terrace where you can enjoy a sunset cocktail, breakfast or just relax and take in the spectacular views.

Each of the four bedrooms in the main house come with en-suite bathrooms, while the two master suites also features open-air bath tubs and showers. The 5th bedroom is part of an apartment suite, located on the lower level with its own kitchen and lounging terrace.


On the lower level of the villa you will find a games room featuring a 70” plasma TV, a mini-bar with a large swim- window into the pool, table tennis and foosball (baby foot). You can also find a media room with 70” plasma TV in the main house.

The home is an ideal villa for a family vacation to St Martin, guests can also enjoy the volleyball and petanque/bocce court located in the landscaped gardens. There is also a lawn large enough for soccer/football.
