Here the frenetic rhythms of modern life really do leave space to peace and tranquility of a farmhouse in the countryside, where guests can experience the old traditions of Chianti, still unaltered over time,

Thanks to the private swimming pool and the wellness & spa center inside the property, The Villa is the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany, for small or large groups.
During your vacation in the villa the team will be at your full disposal to make your holiday simply perfect.
Services available on request: breakfast, dinner, cooking lesson, extra maid service, ticket reservation of museums and exhibitions, tasting of typical products from Tuscany like extra-virgin olive oil and wine.

Lower floor: Where the Well-being Center and Spa is located: heated Jacuzzi pool, sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gym, 2 showers and a changing room. The wellness center is available exclusively to the guests. Massages and beauty treatments are available on request.

Ground floor: A large paved area, once the farmyard, leads into a big, characteristic terracotta room with stone walls, beams and arches that offers a truly unique relaxing atmosphere thanks to the cheerful crackling of the fire in the typical Tuscan fireplace.
This floor also contains another kitchen equipped with all the necessary to cook for 16 people. Every kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine and oven at guest's disposal.
From each of the kitchens and rooms, access the outdoor areas provided with all the necessary equipment for enjoying open-air lunches and dinners, as well as comfortable sun beds and hammocks in the private garden. In the main fully equipped kitchen you will be able to prepare delicious Tuscan meals. At this floor there is also a suite composed of a lovely living room with fireplace and sofa, little kitchen and double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. The Suite has Air Conditioning and mosquito net.
