This spacious two-story villa is ideal for families or groups, 500 square metres well divided giving privacy to the bedrooms area. There are two bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms on the ground floor. Sliding doors give direct access to the pool and garden and the high ceiling in the living room gives it plenty of light.

On the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen equipped with American fridge, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (filter and Delta) and a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
