The Villa is a newly built property located in Kiwengwa, along the east coast of the island of Zanzibar. The entire east coast is protected by the coral reef, uninterrupted from north to south, which forms a long lagoon of marvelous colors. It is on this part of the island that the widest and deepest beaches are found, of fine white sand and fringed with palm trees.

The villa is a few steps from the beach and from the clear waters of the Indian Ocean, which can be accessed directly from the private garden. The architecture and designs of Villa Luxury, simple and modern, have been designed to offer maximum comfort to guests while respecting nature while maintaining a low environmental impact.

The Villa can accomodate up to 12 people with the possibility off adding 2 beds for children/teens and is equipped with 5 bedrooms (equipped with wardrobe or wardrobe, mosquito net, electric socket, towels, clothesline, clothes stand and safe), 4 double beds, 2 sofa beds, 5 bathrooms (equipped with towels, bidet, shower, household linen, bath or shower, toilet) and 2 modular kitchens (equipped with dining table, cleaning products, stove, utensils kitchen utensils, electric kettle, microwave, fridge). The proximity to the sea allows you to spend nights in absolute tranquility and away from the most common insects, even without the use of mosquito nets.
At Villa , you will find maximum comfort, thanks to its proximity to a minimarket, shops, hairdresser / beauty salon and the Arena restaurant next door. The languages spoken in the structure are Italian, English and Swahili.
