The Villa is located in Kiwengwa, one of Zanzibar’s most popular tourist destinations directly on the Indian Ocean.
The villa, characterized by the fusion of two styles (the Italian and the African), recalls the typical Zanzibar hut, able to offer the maximum privacy and tranquility that is expected from a holiday in this place.

The Villa is built on two floors and is surrounded by a large garden with a dining table, sunbeds and swings, from which you can directly access the private beach.
The ground floor has three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a kitchen in the outdoor area, while the upper floor, accessible by stairs, is a real outdoor relaxation area, set up with sofas, a dining table and covered by the »makuti«, typical roof of the island, with a breathtaking panoramic view, featuring the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean, the white sand of the tropical beach and the rich vegetation that frames the work of art . The day is guaranteed with the light of the sun and at night with the reflection of the moon and stars!

It accommodates up to 6 people, with the possibility of adding n 2 (beds for children/teens) and is equipped with 3 double bedrooms (equipped with wardrobe or wardrobe, mosquito net, electric socket, towels, clothesline and clothes stand), 3 double beds, 3 bathrooms (equipped with towels, bidet, shower, household linen, bath or shower, bathroom and WC) and 1 kitchen (equipped with cleaning products, stove, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, microwave and fridge). The position of the villa allows you to sleep in absolute tranquility if you want even without the use of mosquito nets, thanks to the proximity of the sea.
