There is no lack of heating either so that even during fresher evenings you can stay outside thanks to the heat rays.
Add to this the large outdoor kitchen area with inbuilt barbeque, bar and bathroom and the terms indoor and outdoor living will take on a new meaning. Not only will you be able to use this outside space with your family, friends and children for living but also for full on recreational use; the large heated swimming pool measuring 5.5 x 11 meters, separate toddler pool with a magic jar, the sand pit, table tennis, table football and jeu de boule guarantee entertainment into the small hours.

If the mood takes you and you have the time for some different entertainment there are the provisions as supplied by the beloved Moraire - maximum 4 minutes drive away, such as the golf course, the sandy beach, the harbour, various activities, the centre, the boulevard and its many restaurants.

Specially adapted for wheel chair users: special metal ramp, disability bathroom, suitable pool (with hydraulic pool lift upon request), special high-low bed upon request.
Furthermore there are special aids available such as an air mattress, portable bedside table with reading shelf, electric passive hoists, shower/commode, transport- and swimming pool wheel chair, walker and more. Two wheelchair vans for people with disabilities; the extended Renault Master is suitable for 9 people, and the Volkswagen transporter, 6 people, in which you can be collected from Alicante or Valencia airport on request. It is also possible to hire the van during your stay.
