The holiday villa accommodates 17 people, and can accommodate up to 21 people with 4 extra beds. You have access to a spacious heatable swimming pool, jetted tub, fitness area, large barbecue area with a cooking plate, fridge and more.

The ultimate luxurious double residential unit is also highly appropriate for the perfect holiday with friends and family, whilst maintaining your privacy with the two complete levels, both equipped with a kitchen, living room area, bedrooms and bathrooms. Add to this an outbuilding with a living room and bathroom.

On the impressive terrace which spans an incredible 400 m2, adorned with numerous palm trees and decorative trees, you will find the extensive and covered barbecue area with a cooking plate, fridge and an area where you can prepare your own paella.
The terrace features abundant seating, a covered lounge area, a very large dining room table that seats 12 people, which is also covered, and naturally the tropical overflow swimming pool which is heatable and which can be lit, along with the children’s pool. You can also count on numerous sunbeds and even a hammock.

If required, you can use the hotel service, which is provided by the housekeeper, free of charge, 6 days a week, and she is basically present from Monday to Saturday, doing her job between 9:00 and 14:00. Other services can be arranged in consultation, based on your specific needs. It is also possible to refrain from using this service, in which case the housekeeper will not enter the house.

The hotel service comprises:
- making of beds / changing of bed linen
- washing and ironing of your clothing
- cleaning of the house and terraces

The villa and the large terrace are accessible for wheelchairs through the drive and garage. The swimming pool features a seat lift and rampa. Also a bed and bathroom accessible on the ground floor. The outbuilding also features a wheelchair-friendly bathroom.
