La Villa is a quite beautiful detached villa with private swimming pool in Capalbio, Tuscany, in the heart of the Maremma region. The villa is 5km from the sea and the beach of Capablio Marina. Ansedonia beach ("bagni" establishments and free beaches) is about 10 km away.

Nearby, the magnificent nature reserve of the "Oasi di Burano" where you can take long walks on the beach, between the sea and the dunes. The Villa is ideal for holidays by the sea and thanks to its 5 bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 8/12 people. Large park with more than 100 olive trees, beautiful swimming pool, very pleasant outdoor area equipped with a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a dining area. Also a small football pitch for young and old and a garden pavilion with table tennis.
In the property, a small outbuilding inhabited by the owners, very cordial people who will be happy to advise you on what to see and do in the region and will give you good addresses where to taste the typical Tuscan cuisine. The owners do not have access to the garden or the swimming pool, which remain available to the guests of the villa.
Within a radius of approx. 40km you will find beautiful villages to visit such as Capalbio, Pitigliano, Sovana, Scansano (famous for the production of the "Morellino" wine), Tarquinia, the "Giardino dei Tarocchi" (the esoteric garden of the sculptor Niki de Saint Phalle inspired by the tarot game), Tuscania, Vulci (archaeological park) and Mount Argentario (Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano with boarding for the islands of Giglio and Giannutri).
For lovers of hiking or cycling, we recommend the magnificent pine forest with a walking and cycling route that runs along the beach between Ansedonia and Porto Ercole. This sandy beach stretches for 9km.

Ground floor: Large day area with large living room with fireplace and TV 50, dining room, well-equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave) with access to the veranda equipped with TV and large dining table. outdoor dining, a double bedroom, large bathroom with shower and sauna, a bedroom with a single bed. On one side of the living room a staircase leads to an attic ideal for listening to music and reading.
First floor: Master bedroom with a double bed, 2 wardrobe cabins and private bathroom with bathtub (hydromassage) and shower and access, by a small staircase, to a loft with small library and chaise longue, a bedroom with a single bed space and access to a loft with reading area, bathroom with shower (hydromassage)
A door separates the bedroom with a single bed from the master bedroom which is also accessible by an outside staircase.
The master bedroom (on the first floor of the house) also includes a small kitchen area (4 burners, fridge), a bathroom with shower (washing machine), a small "open space" with TV and fireplace. A wooden staircase gives access to the loft with a large bed.
Basement (accessible both from the living room and from the outside): large room with laundry area and bathroom with shower.
