Located 3 km from Pietrasanta, renowned cultural center and historical capital of the beaches of Versilia as well as capital of marble work and only 6 km from the famous beaches of Forte dei Marmi, this villa is in an ideal position to visit the cities and the best-known villages of Versilia, the countryside of Lucca and the Apuan Alps.

The villa develops on three levels and is surrounded by a one hectare park which on one side is close to the olive grove and the wood covering 3 hectares and on the other ends with a fence wall which runs along the provincial road.
The 11 x 3 m swimming pool is located on the upper terrace which also houses a solarium area equipped with a stereo installation to provide acoustic comfort, respecting the environment, prohibiting noises that may possibly come from outside. disturb the tranquility of the stay.
The villa is decorated with antique furniture, comfortable couches and sofas; it is equipped with Internet connection in Wi-Fi mode.
The large, well-appointed kitchen opens onto the garden with a dining area and a relaxation area for the enjoyment of guests.

The owners live from time to time in a separate apartment, with a personal entrance, located in the villa. They are a friendly couple, with a sense of hospitality, very available to help guests during their stay while being very respectful of their privacy.
