This incredible Portugal Luxury Villa Holiday Rental Lisbon Coast is located in the countryside between Grandola and the Comporta, 20 minutes away from some of the best beaches in the country, perfect for a large family or a group of friends.

The property consists of 6 bedrooms plus 2 mezzanines, a garden lot with 700 m², swimming pool, lounge area with several chairs for you to relaxe around the pool, the multi sports field (soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis) dining area outside and car parking.

The main house is decorated with pieces of modern art, lots of colour and design furniture in eclectic style. The living room is beautiful and comfortable, with large French doors and views of the garden and swimming pool. All around the villa, there is a surrounding terrace with lounge chairs and small tables.

The dining room sits up to 14 persons and the fully equipped kitchen is modern, trendy has everything you need to offer dinner with friends or for lunch with the family. There is also a third room, with a modern snooker table, soccer table and a piano!

The 4 suites are very spacious and comfortable, all with access to the terrace and the garden, and some with view to the pool. Upstairs, there is a spacious mezannine in glass, where is the office is located.

The garden also has a terrace with sofas and a dining area where you can relax and enjoy a cocktail in the late afternoon. There is also a dining table outside with barbecue, ideal for throwing great lunch partys.

The second house features a modern and well decorated living room with dining area, 2 suites, fully equipped kitchen and a third bedroom on the mezzanine. The swimming pool has outdoor furniture for pool, sun loungers and hammocks. The house has air conditioning and parking facilities. The property is 20 minutes away by car from the best beaches of Comporta and Melides, and only 1 hour away from Lisbon.
