And no visit to this area would be complete without a visit to the incredible city of Florence, located just 30 miles north. Here, you'll find vibrant culture and centuries old art and architecture as well as spectacular mountain vistas and famous bridges that span the River Arno. And don't miss the Palazzo Vecchio, the Florence Cathedral, and the renowned Uffizi Palace and Gallery.

Interior Description

The villa has 4 levels connected by a central internal staircase.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor, the entrance hall gives access to the dining room (table for 12/14 people), an open plan kitchen with a peninsula and a pizza oven, a living room with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa. The French door in the living room opens directly on the terrace (equipped with a table for 12/14 people and sun umbrellas).

- 1 shabby style double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and overlooking the garden
- 1 bedroom with two separate single beds with external bathroom with bathtub

There are two bbqs: one on the same level of the kitchen and the other on the same level of the pool.

First floor:
- 1 double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub
- 1 bedroom with two separate single beds with external bathroom with shower

Second floor:
- 1 double bedroom with a small terrace overlooking the towers of San Gimignano
- 1 bedroom with two separate single beds shared external bathroom with shower

Basement:
Room with comfortable double sofa bed, sauna, table for 10/12 people, and a bathroom with shower.

Only bedrooms on the first and second floors have air conditioning.
The bedrooms on the ground floor are provided with fans, but both rooms are cool thanks to their east orientation and thick walls.

The twin bedroom on the ground floor can be converted into a double bed.
Bedrooms

This home offers six comfortable bedrooms (3 twin bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms) and a comfortable double sofa bed.
Only bedrooms on the upper floors have air conditioning. The bedrooms on the ground floor are provided with fans, but both rooms are cool thanks to their east orientation and thick walls.
Bathrooms

In the house there are 7 bathrooms:
1 with sauna is in the lower level in the garden, 3 are on the ground floor (one is ensuite, one is a toilet), 2 are on the first floor (two of them are ensuite), 1 is on the second floor.
