The Villa is a beautiful house with private swimming pool located in S. Tecla, a small fishing village on the Ionian coast of Sicily, a few kilometers from Acireale.
The villa, located in the Timpa Nature Reserve, is part of a villa complex with private access to the cliff and the sea.

Well integrated into the environment characterized by lush Mediterranean vegetation, the villa offers large outdoor spaces from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea such as the swimming pool located in a panoramic position above the house and the large terrace on the first floor with an outdoor kitchen and a covered area equipped for outdoor dining.

Villa guests can use the beach, swimming pool and restaurant services of the neighboring hotel (price on request).
From the villa it is easy to reach Mount Etna or discover the famous seaside resorts of Taormina (40km), Catania (35km) and Syracuse (90km). The nearest sandy beach is Riposto, approx. 15 km away.

SPECIAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
At the time of booking, the holidaymaker must pay a deposit of 25% of the total rental price as a confirmation deposit (the deposit is non-refundable). The balance must reach the Vacationkey Agent no later than 75 days before the start of the rental.
