The Villa is located inside a vast property 3 Km from Montespertoli, a distinctive little town situated in the Chianti hills. The surrounding countryside which offers delightful landscapes featuring a succession of gentle hills covered with vineyards and olive-groves, is also famous for the production of excellent wines.

The estate comprises the Manor House, la Villa and another accommodation structures which are all independent of each other.

The villa has been tastefully renovated respecting its Renaissance style. It has a large private garden, a tennis court and a private swimming pool with sunbathing area and beautiful views of the surrounding hills.
Inside, the furnishings and the valuable paintings on the walls are antiques, while the bathrooms and the well-equipped semi-professional kitchen feature modern, convenient accessories. Moreover, the Villa has WI-FI connection, laundry room, dishwasher and cable TV.

A visit to the cellars where the wines are left to age is a “must”.
The town of Montespertoli and the surrounding area feature numerous restaurants offering excellent Tuscan cuisine.

The villa is distributed over two floors:
On the ground floor
there are two elegant living-rooms with sofas, armchairs, antique paintings and valuable chandeliers;
dining room with large fireplace and carefully renovated old kitchen equipped with dishwasher and all the necessary accessories;
large double bedroom with bathroom and bathtub, flat screen TV;
terrace furnished for eating al fresco.


On the first floor
there is a large billiard room with sofas and armchairs;
3 double bedrooms with bathroom containing bathtub and shower;
1 double bedroom with third bed and bathroom or shower with bathtub;
2 twin bedrooms with bathroom and bathtub.
All the bedrooms have flat screen TV.
