This beautiful renovated 210 m² vacation rental on a plot of 1150 m² planted with fruit trees (mango trees, coconut trees, banana trees) offers you an ideal rental, 2 min walk from the beach and the lagoon. With its large terrace and swimming pool (6.3 m x 3.5 m - depth 1.1 m to 1.50 m), it offers an idyllic setting for your holiday on the island of Reunion.

On the terrace, a dining table and a garden sofa await you for convivial moments. A charcoal barbecue is also available.

The villa is secured (fence + manual access gate), and has two to three parking spaces inside the property. It is also possible to park outside.

On one level, the villa offers a large living room (flat screen and Wifi internet access) with dining room, a very spacious kitchen with a dining table, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Senseo machine, filter coffee maker, electric hob, toaster, kettle, etc.).

This holiday home has 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed of 160, and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90), all equipped with large closets/closets.
The villa has 3 bathrooms (one with shower/bath and double sink, and two with shower and single sink), 3 toilets (two independent and one located in one of the bathrooms), and a laundry area with a large washing machine.

For families, an umbrella bed with mattress, a bath and a high chair, can be made available.

The maximum capacity is 8 people.

The villa is located in La Saline-les-Bains, 150 m from the white sandy beach and the lagoon (safe swimming). The area is residential and quiet, and you will appreciate the proximity of many nearby services 500 m - 6 minutes walk - from the villa (supermarket, bakery, tobacco-press).

In a few steps, you can dive admire the multicolored fish with a simple mask. You can also have lunch or a cocktail on the sand in the restaurants located less than 7 minutes walk from the villa (Copacabana, Varangue du Lagon, Planch'Alizé).

Treat yourself to an enchanted break on the island of Reunion with this villa . Located in La Saline-les-Bains, a reference seaside resort on the west coast with a unique microclimate, you will enjoy the lagoon and its nautical activities, while radiating easily on the island for your activities or excursions (Piton de La Fournaise, the 3 circuses, etc.).

Access to the swimming pool is not allowed to outsiders.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa.

Pets are not allowed.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Rental of 5 days minimum.

Security deposit: 2000 €.

A seasonal rental agreement will record all this information.

Entrance time: between 3pm and 7pm.
Exit time: between 8am and 11am.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and/or after, and depending on household schedules.

In case of late arrival (after 7pm) or early departure (before 8am), please let us know (an extra charge of € 50 will be required upon arrival).
