A quiet location is just 10 minutes from the center, the Promenade des Anglais, and the airport. The property is located on Chemin de Crémat, near Château de Crémat. Numerous shops are nearby.
The house is spread over three levels:
- a garden level comprising a large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining room, lounge, fireplace, library, and TV; and a sound system. - One bedroom with pool and garden views, a ground-floor suite with a queen-size bed, dressing room, desk, bathroom/walk-in shower, and separate toilet.
- Upstairs: 2 suites, each with a queen-size bed, dressing room, toilet, shower, and bath, and one with a desk, offering unobstructed views of the sea, mountains, and the property's garden and pool.

- In the basement: games room with billiards, table football, weight training equipment, pinball, TV, laundry room, and a queen-size bed.
