At the foot of the Chantemerle slopes, 150 meters from the ski lifts, overlooking the Luc Alphand slope, he came out of the ground in December 2021.

This chalet can accommodate up to 11 people with all the necessary comfort for a great holiday in the mountains with a view of the slopes. It has a communicating elevator between the ground floor and the living space.

It has 5 spacious bedrooms including a dormitory ideal for children.
A parental suite which is located on the top floor, will let you enjoy a breathtaking view of the Luc Alphand track. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom and WC.

On the main floor there is a large living room composed of an American kitchen (with wine cellar, double oven, Nespresso machine...), a dining room, a double living room, reading area and TV area , all warmed by the heat of a wood stove.

A large 30m2 terrace completes the living space of the chalet.
