This villa enjoys an exceptional and privileged location in Etang-Salé-les-Bains, a small and popular holiday village in the south-west of Reunion Island. All you have to do is go to the end of the garden to take a bath in the Indian Ocean. From your naps in the swing, you will be lulled by the sound of the waves, and from the terraces, you will bathe in the reflections of the sunsets.
Inspired by the style of Greek houses, Villa Pirogue invites its travellers to escape and contemplate. On the ground floor as well as on the first floor, it is an inside-out experience; its large openings and refined decoration give the impression of a painting that you will never tire of.
Whale watching from June to October will complete the perfect setting.
With a surface area of 135m², the Pirogue villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 large terraces with panoramic views of the sea, the beach and the mountains, and a large garden with a kitchen and outdoor shower.
We provide a paddle and a canoe to facilitate your observations of the fauna and flora of the lagoon.

Location and proximity :
This sumptuous villa is located in a quiet and residential area in the heart of Etang-Salé-les-bains, with direct access to the lagoon and close to the main points of interest of the town. The hardest part will be to choose between the magnificent Etang Salé forest and its sports courses, the long wild black sand beach, and the lagoon to observe fish, rays and turtles.
Halfway between the lagoons of St-Pierre to the south and La Saline to the west, it is also the ideal starting point for all your excursions on the island and spend a dream holiday.
Within a 5 minute walk, you can go to the fish shop to enjoy the local catch of the day, to the organic bakery Coté-Pain and to the best artisanal ice cream shop on the island (I recommend honey-ginger or lemon-basil). Bus stops, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, pharmacy, medical centre, supermarket, post office, wine cellar, and restaurants within a 5 min walk.

The location of the villa will allow you to access easily and quickly to :

- the Forêt Domaniale at 3 min
- an 18-hole golf course 5 minutes away
- Croc Parc (animal park with Nile crocodiles) at 6 min
- the cycle track at 1 min
- coastal path, le Goufre, walking or cycling 1 min
- Akoatys water park 2 min away
- Théâtre des sables 10 min away
- Saint-Leu beach at 12 min, Saint-Pierre at 15 min, and La Saline, l'Ermitage and Saint-Gilles at 20 min
- St-Leu, a neighbouring town 12 minutes away, where you can enjoy paragliding and visit Kélonia (turtle observatory)
- St-Paul's fairground market is 30 minutes away, and Saint-Pierre's is 15 minutes away.
