This superb Costa del Sol villa rental with private pool sits on the edge of the fairway just 5 minutes outside Fuengirola. The property has a full alarm system and lots of extras.
On entering the property on the middle floor you will find the large formal living area and kitchen, all very open plan. The lounge and dining area are light and very elegantly furnished, with dining for 8 and large comfortable sofas, a large glass wall for views down to the garden and pool area as well as the sauna and jacuzzi. There is a feature floor that has a glass panel in it, and access to the large partially covered terrace area. This terrace area has dining area as well as seating, a large BBQ (Gas) and a trampoline for the children.
Back in the large open plan kitchen you will find a large American style double fridge freezer, top of the range hob, 2 ovens, 2 dishwasher, 1 deep fryer, 2 Nespresso, etc. laundry shoot and dumb waiter. On this floor there is also the master bedroom suite. Large double bed, AC and heating, full bathroom with large bath, separate walk in shower and underfloor heating. Heading up to the first floor you will find four further bedrooms, three are double with fitted wardrobes and AC and all lead out onto terraces.
