You will find on the ground floor :

- a nice fully equipped kitchen
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm, giving access to a terrace at the back of the house
- a second air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm
- a large dressing room
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks
- a separate toilet
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a large kitchen piano, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, etc. All kitchen utensils and equipment are at your disposal.
On the first floor :
- an attic room with air conditioning and a 160x200cm bed
- an air-conditioned attic bedroom with a double bed 140x190cm
- a mezzanine with a bench for resting
- a bathroom with Italian shower, double basins and WC

At your disposal :
- Household linen (sheets, towels and pool towels, tea towels)
- Free wifi internet connection
- Washing machine
- Ironing board and iron

Around the house, a beautiful veranda houses a summer lounge and a large table for meals. This is the ideal place to enjoy a moment of sharing with family or friends, in a relaxing and calm setting.
You will also have a corner with a nice stone barbecue, a gas plancha and a sink, to concoct delicious grills.
At the edge of the salt water pool, secured by an alarm, you can relax on a deckchair and enjoy the sound of the birds singing.

The garden is not overlooked. The villa is fenced and closed by a gate.

This villa is in the immediate vicinity (100 meters, or 1 min walk) of the beautiful beach of La Saline-Les-Bains. Located in the residential area of Domaine de l'Ermitage, with all the shops within walking distance (Leader Price, bakery, shopping, restaurants, etc.) or 3 minutes by car (other local shops, post office, gas station, etc.).

This beautiful location is the perfect place to relax and is also ideally located as a starting point for all excursions on the island... the three cirques (Cilaos, Mafate, and Salazie), the volcano, and all sporting activities (snorkeling, transparent kayaking, boat rental, deep-sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching, horseback riding, canyoning, paragliding, helicopter flight, etc.).
