The villa is surrounded by a garden (2,000 sq. m.) of olive groves and cypresses, in the middle of which you can find a large patio with a dining area (10 seats) for your unforgettable outdoor dinners. In the garden of the villa private swimming pool (7 m. * 6 m, 1,7 m. depth) equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds overlooking Florence.

The Villa is very close to the city of Florence which you can reach in 10 minutes, nearby excellent restaurants. Bagno a Ripoli is the nearest town to our property, about 2 km and 5 minutes by car, many shops and an excellent Coop market for shopping. On Wednesday morning local market with fresh cheeses and vegetables.
The motorway entrance is about 10 km away and you easily reach the major cities of art and the main tourist sites in Tuscany and Italy.
Florence (international airport) 10 km and 15 minutes by car.
Pisa (international airport) 80 km. and 50 minutes by car.
Siena 70 km. and 45 minutes by car
Lucca 80 km. and 55 minutes away by car.
The beautiful beaches of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Viareggio) 90 km. and 65 minutes by car.

Interior Description
The modern villa is 400 sq. meters, divided in two floors and an independent guest house. The villa has four very spacious bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 triple) with four bathrooms (3 en suite), the guest house has a bedroom and bathroom and they can sleep a total of 11 people (plus eventual babies for which we have baby beds).
In the villa, entrance, dining room with a dining table for 12 people, large living room with direct access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen and one of the four bedrooms with its own bathroom. On this floor also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The guest house is just beside the villa and has a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
