In the heart of the Hauts de Capicciola private domain, the villa will be the ideal place to spend unforgettable holidays in Corsica. Located on a private plot of 2,400m² planted with various local species, this carefully decorated residence will offer you a beautiful view of the bay of Pinarello and its surroundings.

Built on two levels, you will find on the ground floor a laundry room, a courtesy toilet, 2 parental suites each with dressing room, bathrooms and terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. On the first floor, the living room and the fully equipped kitchen with a terrace on either side to enjoy the sun at any time. A last parental suite with sea view and a dormitory room complete the whole.

– BEDDING: 3 parental suites each with 1 bed 200cm x 180cm (possibility for a suite to make the beds in Twin). One of the suites has both a shower and a bathtub. The last bedroom, in the form of a dormitory, consists of 3 beds 200cm x 90cm (possibility of combining 2 to make a double bed).

– APPLIANCES: Fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, cookware).

– INSIDE: Laundry room (steam station, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dryer) also with a fridge and an additional freezer.

– EXTERIOR: Private heated saltwater swimming pool (12m x 4m and 1.45m deep) secured by a roller shutter, sunbathing, private outdoor parking for up to 2 vehicles (possibility of accommodating 2 additional vehicles at the surroundings of the property), suspended terrace offering a beautiful view of the garden and the sea with garden furniture and plancha.
