A beautiful contemporary interior decorated with seafaring and ethnic themes.
Garden level
4 double bedrooms. 3 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and 2 shared WCs, and 1 master bedroom with its own shower room and private WC.
All rooms have a small private terrace giving access to the garden. A covered outside passageway leads to the 4 bedrooms and shared WC.
Bedding: 2 bedrooms with double beds 160x200cm and 2 bedrooms with double beds that can be separated into single beds 80x200cm.
First floor
1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower and bath), dressing room, WC and private terrace. A covered outside passageway leads to the bedroom.

A large, fully glazed living room opening onto the garden and the sea and mountain scenery, with lounge,
Dining area for 10 people.
A large 40 m² covered terrace equipped with a table for 10 people, an outdoor seating area and a plancha grill.
An open-plan kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, filter and capsule coffee makers, toaster, kettle and blender.
At the top of the villa, a panoramic roof terrace offering 360° views of the bay and mountains.

A laundry room with 1 washing machine, 1 tumble dryer, 1 iron and ironing board, 1 fridge and 1 additional freezer.
Sheets, tea towels and hand towels are provided.
Hairdryer in all rooms.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The house is equipped for babies: changing table, cot, high chair.
Safety and devices:
The swimming pool is fitted with a fall alarm.
The design of the house requires parents to be vigilant for young children (walkways, open passageways, etc.) The 5 bedrooms are independent and do not communicate with each other; they are accessed via a covered outside passageway and 3 of the 5 bedrooms have 2 WCs.
A security camera and automatic lighting have been installed to monitor the entrance gate and the car park at the rear of the villa.
The villa is equipped with a sound level meter.
Fire extinguishers and fire alarms are installed in the villa.
