Near the magnificent seaside resort of Pinarello and its fine sandy beach, within a hotel estate of 13 hectares, these fully air-conditioned villas of 240m² are built on private grounds of 2000m². The decoration, the tones, the materials used and the equipment make them villas of very high standing.

The entrance is through a hall which serves a large independent and fully equipped kitchen. The dining room and the living room open onto a large terrace where an 8m x 4m heated swimming pool, a spa and a sauna take shape. This terrace is covered by a sliding "bubble" shelter for the hot season which allows the use of this equipment during the winter period or in the event of bad weather.

Pinarello beach, its bars and restaurants will be accessible to you in 10 minutes on foot via a secure path in the heart of the pine forest.

– BEDDING: The sleeping area entirely on one level offers two double bedrooms with private bathrooms (bathtubs) and two bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, also with their private bathrooms (showers). Planned for 8 people, these villas can accommodate up to 10 people with 2 additional beds (26 euros/person/night).
