The first shops a few minutes away. The city center of Porto-Vecchio is located 10min by car and Figari airport 30min.

The 150m2 property can accommodate up to 10 people.



A charming entrance patio gives access to the bedrooms as well as to the various living rooms.



Living rooms:

A first door in the patio gives access to the large living / dining room with a magnificent view of the sea.
The living room has a flat screen TV and a stereo.
The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room.
On the upper floor, a mezzanine overlooking the living room with an office area.
On the lower floor, a utility room with washing machine, dryer and a second fridge / freezer.

The patio gives access to three other entrances to access the bedrooms.

Two bedrooms with two 90 x 190cm beds in each bedroom with adjoining bathroom including shower and WC.
The last entrance includes a bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190cm, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 x 190cm as well as a separate toilet and a separate shower.
