Very beautiful seasonal rental of 150 m² with its 3 bedrooms, the villa offers a dream setting with its beautiful terrace with sea view, its large garden planted with coconut trees, its pool with generous dimensions (13 m x 6 m), and its direct access to the beach and the lagoon, where multicolored tropical fishes evolve.

With its garden sofa and dining table, the terrace offers an incredible view of the garden, the pool and the Indian Ocean. A barbecue is also at your disposal for your grills.

The villa is secured (fence + automatic access gate + alarm), and has a nice space to park your cars.

On the ground floor, the villa offers a beautiful living space with a dining room and a living room (flat screen and Wifi internet access), opening onto a covered terrace and its magnificent sea view.

The house also has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, gas stove, toaster, kettle...).

This vacation home with a nice decoration, has 3 nice air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed 160 and one bedroom with 2 single beds 90), 2 bathrooms, and 3 WC.

The capacity can be increased to 8 persons by using the sofa bed in the living room (more suitable for children).

The villa also has a laundry room with washing machine.

The villa is located in La Saline-les-Bains, in front of the beautiful beach of Trou d'Eau and the most beautiful lagoon of Reunion Island.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential and you will appreciate the proximity of many beach restaurants (Choka Bleu, La Bodega, L'Uni Vert...) at about 1 km from the villa, ideal places for a cocktail with your feet in the sand while admiring the sunset in the Indian Ocean.

The city center of La Saline-les-Bains is 2 km away with its bakery, its tobacco shop, its pharmacy... One kilometer further, you will also find a supermarket.

Treat yourself to an exceptional moment on the island in the villa. Located in La Saline-les-Bains, a seaside resort on the west coast of Reunion Island with a unique microclimate, you will enjoy the lagoon, the sunsets, the water activities, while radiating easily on the island for your activities or excursions (Piton de La Fournaise, the 3 cirques...).

Access to the swimming pool is not allowed to outsiders.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Animals are not allowed.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Minimum 5 days rental.

Deposit : 2000 €.

A seasonal rental contract will record all this information.

Entry time: between 3pm and 7pm.
Check-out time: between 8am and 11am.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and/or after.

In case of late arrival (after 7pm) or early departure (before 8am), please let us know (a supplement of 50 € will be asked on arrival)
Access for travelers
You will have exclusive use of the villa, its garden and swimming pool.
