The Villa is located in a secure residence on the hillside, overlooking the bay of Cannes. In a large fragrant Mediterranean garden, complete with palm trees, the villa extends over approximately 450 square meters of open living space.
While maintaining its traditional Provencal style, the villa has been completely renovated in 2020 and offers Cool Control air conditioning and wi-fi throughout. There are study areas / workstations scattered throughout the villa, perfect for combining work and pleasure. The main living area is open plan, leading out to a superb terracotta tiled terrace with sea views.

The property offers the perfect outdoor living space with over 150 square meters of patio and terrace, a large heated swimming pool (12 x 15 metres) and a choice of dining tables, sun loungers and hammocks. For even more fun, you will find a ping-pong table, a billiard table and a table football.

The Villa offers 6 bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate 12 people. The master bedroom is located on the entrance level and has a super king size bed and flat screen TV, an en-suite shower room and an office area with a double sofa bed. There is access to a private terrace with stunning sea views. The second bedroom is also on this level and has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms three, four and five are at pool level, with direct access to the garden and pool.

The sixth bedroom is a lower level suite with two king beds and an additional sofa bed. It has a large private bathroom with a double jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower, as well as access to the garden.

The bright kitchen has a central island and a large American fridge/freezer, a large oven/grill with gas hob and a double French window opening onto the terrace.

There is a utility room equipped with washing machines and dryers.
