This beautiful villa of 150 m² on a plot of 450 m² offers a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean and its orange colors at sunset. With its large terrace and its heated swimming pool with overflow (11 m x 3 m - depth 1,50 m), the villa Vert Céladon offers you an ideal framework for your vacations on the Reunion Island.

The pool has a space of 3 m by 3 m with a depth of 50 cm, ideal for children.

The pool is heated from May to October between 25 and 28°C (depending on the weather).

On the terrace, a dining table and a garden sofa are waiting for you for convivial moments. A charcoal barbecue is also at your disposal.
