This majestic Creole villa is ideally located in Etang-salé-les-Bains, a small and popular vacation village in the southwest of Reunion Island.
In a sought-after residential area, close to the beach and amenities, you will only have to leave your car on one of the 2 private and shaded parking spaces to do everything on foot.

Family villa par excellence, this welcoming villa has 5 bedrooms, one of which is independent, 4 bathrooms, a large swimming pool and a beautiful garden with trees.
You will appreciate the villa for your moments of relaxation during the day and in the evening. Partially redone by a renowned interior decorator in the USA (each room brings us into a different universe), it is functional, well thought out and will allow you to have moments of intimacy as well as moments of conviviality.

Ideal for 10 people, this 191m² villa on a 732m² plot of land is composed of :
On the first floor:
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- 1 large living room
- 1 master bedroom
- 1 parental suite
- 1 independent WC

The master bedroom (24 m²), with a baroque and glamorous style, has a double bed 160x200cm, a large dressing room with a dressing table, a bathroom with a large whirlpool bathtub (massaging jets), an Italian shower, a double basin, a toilet and a massage table. Please note that massages with our wellness partner are possible on request and upon reservation (price not included in the stay). The room opens onto a covered veranda and the garden.
The master suite (10 m²), with a rather oriental style, has a double bed 160x200cm, and a bathroom with Italian shower. From the bedroom, an outdoor patio is accessible for sunbathing in complete privacy.
The first floor hosts a beautiful living room where the lounge area is open to the kitchen. For your relaxation, this large living room (32m ²) has an interior lounge equipped with a sofa with flat screen TV and its bouquet of TV channels.
The functional kitchen is fully equipped, both in appliances and small equipment.


On the first floor :
- 1 large bedroom with tropical colors of 18m² (double bed 160x200cm)
- 1 children's bedroom with a pull-out bed of 13m² (two single beds 90x190cm)
- 1 dressing room common to both rooms
- 1 beautiful bathroom with the appearance of a sailing boat, adjoining the two bedrooms, with bathtub and shower column, double sink and toilet

- 1 beautiful outbuilding of 23,50m² composed of the 5th bedroom, a private bathroom with Italian shower and a terrace of 23m².
