Recently completed to European design specifications, this 5-bedroom, 10-person house in northern Zanzibar features both an in-house kitchen and a more traditional Zanzibar kitchen, where our chefs will prepare meals that will exceed all your desires and requirements.
The property, with luxurious furnishings, spacious common areas, and a secluded garden, features a 20×6 meter infinity pool with a waterfall, which enhances swimming in the ocean, just steps away.
Each of our 5 rooms has an ocean view, private balcony, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fan and WIFI and cable TV are available in the villa.

Situated high on a hill overlooking miles of unspoiled beach and coral lagoon, the villa is located just off the main road to Kidoti, a traditional village.
Outside our private premises, you can experience the rhythms of rural Zanzibar life. Stroll through the village center and store in the local stores or visit the school that we support. Or take a short 10-minute drive to Kendwa or Nungwi to enjoy the white sandy beaches of northern Zanzibar and the activities such as scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, sailing, and a colorful and lively nightlife that is offered in these larger, more vibrant villages.

THE CONVENIENCE
The property includes 1.5 hectares of tropical garden with a wide variety of fruit trees, spices and seasonal vegetables at your disposal.
A large infinity pool (20 × 6 meters), with a waterfall and total privacy for sunbathing, swimming and cooling off.

Sunset lounge with palm thatched roof and small private bar, where you can enjoy delicious fresh food, relax in the shade during the day or enjoy a sunset with ocean view.
The villa comes with a host/maid, who will take care of all your needs for the duration of your stay.
Our chefs will provide freshly prepared meals in the adjacent kitchen throughout the day, according to meal plans agreed upon by you and the staff.
Your host will help you book activities and recommend recreation based on weather and tide conditions.
