It has five bedrooms that can accommodate 12 people, three bathrooms and two pools. A ramp is available on the first floor. This villa can be rented with its adjacent villa and can accommodate up to 20 people.

This 5 bedroom villa is large enough to accommodate 12 people. The first floor has 3 fully furnished bedrooms, with king-size beds in two rooms, smart electronics such as air conditioning and a 50-inch flat-screen TV, a safe, and an en suite bathroom; the third air-conditioned bedroom has single twin beds and a TV. The other two bedrooms are located on the upper level and each have a king bed, air conditioner, fan, flat-screen TV, and a pull-out couch that can accommodate two additional guests.

The foliage is dense and the palm trees reach for the sky, making you feel like you are at the beach. The outdoor pool is shallow and is mainly for the kids to play in. Adults can relax, sunbathe and enjoy their drinks on the shaded lounge chairs while watching their children. The outdoor open space is a great choice if you want to host a social gathering.

The living space is primarily built on an open concept without walls. The furniture is a mix of wood, cream and earthy textures, with a hint of green here and there to make you feel closer to nature. Shaded lamps and evening sunbathing create a comfortable environment to spend relaxing moments. The high ceilings and unlimited connections between the different areas make Baan Yai a spacious and naturally lit living space. Beautiful potted plants are arranged in various places inside.

You can enjoy the lush poolside setting while lounging on the comfortable sofas or reclining chairs. The kitchen is an open space, with modern kitchen equipment and a breakfast counter with high stools. To encourage communal dining, an unusual and gorgeous dining area was created. It features two long benches with the proper cutlery for your family to eat and laugh together. Evenings can be enjoyed in the media lounge for a movie moment.

Laundry and massage services are available for an additional fee. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a stereo system, board games and a home theater. Off-street parking is available. The villa allows guests to bring their furry friends.

Local shops, bakeries and a pharmacy are located 200 meters from the villa. You can satisfy your cravings at Romanzo Tropicale and L'Alcove, which offer Italian and French specialties respectively. You can also enjoy a wide range of selected beers at the nearby Belgian Beer Bar.

The nightlife comes alive at Haad Rin Beach, a 20-25 minute drive from the villa. The famous monthly Koh Pha Ngan full moon party held here is a great attraction. Enjoy Hin Kong beach and its healthy cool environment or just go for an evening walk.

You can take yoga and fitness classes at Orion Healing Center, Gaia Yogashala Koh Pha Ngan or Samma Karuna, all of which are an 8-9 minute drive away. Khao Ra, which offers a half-day hike, and Than Sadet Waterfall, where you can walk through massive pools, are great places for adventure and nature exploration.
