The property is a wonderful 4 bedroom beachfront villa with a private pool and beautiful mature tropical gardens. It is strategically located near Galle, in the south of Sri Lanka. It's hard to beat the location of this villa. It is adjacent to Galle and several of the country's major tourist destinations, including the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Galle Fort. Nearby, you'll find a number of casual restaurants serving up some of the tastiest Sri Lankan cuisine.

If you're coming with a large group that needs bigger accommodations, the villa next door can be rented separately or together to accommodate up to 24 people.

Mihiripenna Beach, which is the name of the beach in front of the villa, is a largely private beach. The house is right in front of a beautiful rocky outcrop on the beach, which is naturally charming. Directly in front of the property is a beautiful rock pool, ideal for swimming at high tide. There is a large sandy section along the beach for serious swimming which is 100 meters long and suitable for strong swimmers. You can reach a wonderful swimming spot with calm waters that are protected by the reef in one kilometer
