The beauty and scale of this house echo the drama of the neighbouring coastal cliff and shimmering ocean. The voluminous and exquisite interior is immediately obvious as you arrive in the double height entry. The dramatic sculpture-like staircase, white colour palette, tile and timber floors and marble feature wall are accentuated by swathes of natural light.

The breathtaking open plan living, dining and kitchen is a work of art on its own. A wall of sliding doors brings the outdoors in and fills this space with light. The sleek and modern kitchen is impressive. A cantilever concrete table and adjoining island is a stunning feature and is sure to inspire some creative cooking! In the adjoining lounge room, a marble wall adds a wow factor. Simply relax on the large modular lounge while enjoying calming views of the garden and pool. Outside you’re transported to a tropical oasis. The picture-perfect swimming pool is a space to unwind as the kids run around on the lush lawn. The Area
The iconic Bondi Beach is an easy 10-minute drive and slightly further down the road is the glamourous Tamarama Beach. If you want to get close to nature and appreciate the scenery, the stunning coastal walk will take you from Bondi to Bronte. For a community-focused shopping experience, Rose Bay Village is a quick drive while all the action of the Sydney CBD is a 20-minute trip. Public transport is a couple of minutes from your front door and if you’re looking for an adventure-filled day, the Blue Mountains is around a 90-minute drive.
